In de Democratische Republiek Congo (DRC) is een nieuwe noodsituatie ontstaan. Het hoogste orgaan van de VN voor noodhulp, is halverwege de maand juni begonnen met het opschalen van de noodhulp in het land. Internationale hulporganisaties zoals Medair vrezen dat dit niet genoeg zal zijn.
