Global Prepositioned Medical White Stock

For more than 35 years, Medair has delivered humanitarian relief and recovery programmes in crisis-affected contexts worldwide. Today, Medair operates in 10 countries and maintains a Global Emergency Response Team, supporting millions of vulnerable people each year.

To strengthen its medical supply chain, improve emergency preparedness, and enhance its capacity to respond rapidly to humanitarian needs, Medair is seeking to establish a strategic prepositioning arrangement for essential medicines and medical supplies through a dedicated "white stock" model. This initiative aims to reduce procurement and delivery lead times, ensure the continuous availability of critical items, and enable the rapid scale-up of humanitarian operations during emergencies.

Under this arrangement, the selected supplier will maintain and manage an agreed inventory of designated products on behalf of Medair, ensuring stock availability and readiness for deployment when required.
