Project Coordinator
ROC Required
The Country Project Coordinator provides strategic, operational, and security leadership for Medair’s activities inside Syria. The role oversees the implementation of multi-sector programming, ensures strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains Medair’s presence and access in a highly complex and dynamic humanitarian environment. The Project Coordinator represents the organisation at country level and plays a critical role in team leadership, representation, fundraising, support with security management, and programme quality.
Project Coordinator - Kinshasa
ROC Required
The position ensures effective management of donor funded grants, including compliance, reporting, and donor communication. To lead Medair’s engagements with government authorities, external stakeholders, and strategic partners at national level with the focuses on strengthening institutional relationships, supporting government liaison and advocacy efforts, as well as positioning the possible geographic expansion, particularly in the western part DRC. Acting as a key interface between senior management and external actors, the position also supports grant compliance, donor engagement, and coordination level operational functions.

Medair’s Relief & Recovery Orientation Course (ROC) is a one-week simulation course that will help determine if a humanitarian career with Medair is the right fit for you, and if you are a strong fit for Medair. After participating in the course, you will enter a “pool” of qualified candidates that are ready to be called upon to respond to humanitarian crises. When needs arise in our country programmes, we will offer you a position in line with your competencies and our needs. If you apply for an international position, the ROC will be mandatory for you to work in our country programmes.
