Sie motivieren diese, für unsere weltweite Arbeit Geld zu spenden oder ihrerseits zu sammeln und auch für die Notleidenden und für Medair-Projekte zu beten. In diesem Team kümmern Sie sich gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Fachleuten um die Mittelbeschaffung.
Our profile
Wir suchen kreative Fachkräfte, die...
- einen Abschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing, Journalismus, Fundraising, Fotografie und/oder Videoproduktion vorweisen können.
- über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verfügen (mündlich und schriftlich), gut im «Social Networking» sind und wissen, worauf es beim Storytelling ankommt.
- idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Medienarbeit, Verfassen von Projektanträgen, Social Media, Fundraising (insbesondere Digital Marketing) und CRM (vorzugsweise Salesforce) vorweisen können.
- über eine Ausbildung und Know-how im Projektmanagement, der Budgetierung sowie der Personalführung verfügen, insbesondere in der Schulung und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden.
- darin erfahren sind, Informationen zu sammeln, zu ordnen und zu priorisieren.

Senior Donor Relationship Officer

In collaboration with the Engagement team, maintain, sustain and develop Medair’s donor relationships with Swiss and global mass and middle donors, being “the voice of the donor” providing optimal and timely donor customer care service (including “thank you management”), thus helping increase credibility and loyalty.
Philanthropy and Partnerships Intern - Zurich, Switzerland

The Philanthropy and Partnerships Intern supports fundraising efforts in Medair. They help identify potential donors and partners, assist in creating funding proposals, marketing materials, and organizing donor meetings or events. The role includes maintaining administrative records and supporting campaign execution as well as helping manage donor portfolios alongside Philanthropy team mates.

Apply to our Relief & Recovery Orientation Course
Medair’s Relief & Recovery Orientation Course (ROC) is a one-week simulation course that will help determine if a humanitarian career with Medair is the right fit for you, and if you are a strong fit for Medair. After participating in the course, you will enter a “pool” of qualified candidates that are ready to be called upon to respond to humanitarian crises. When needs arise in our country programmes, we will offer you a position in line with your competencies and our needs. If you apply for an international position, the ROC will be mandatory for you to work in our country programmes.
