Role Summary

Build and execute Medair’s market-facing impact finance growth capability, with a focus on Verified Impact Assets, MIAF 2.0, buyer engagement, positioning, and private-capital mobilisation.

Project Overview

This role supports Medair’s impact finance ecosystem by helping scale Verified Impact Assets and future offers through MIAF 2.0, a foundation platform for innovative funding mechanisms and new buyer engagement.

Workplace & Conditions

Remote position or GSO (Ecublens, Switzerland for Swiss or eligible EU citizens, or those with a valid work permit for Switzerland.), preferably with knowledge of UK and USA markets.

Responsibilities

- Develop buyer-facing systems and materials that translate Medair’s humanitarian evidence and field impact into clear, credible offers.

- Support the go-to-market development of Verified Impact Assets, including offer positioning, segmentation, pricing logic, and sales materials.

- Coordinate Sales Captain engagement, campaign quality, buyer response handling, feedback loops, and internal follow-up.

- Help mobilise private capital through philanthropic, corporate, high-net-worth, foundation, and strategic buyer engagement.

- Improve market-facing narrative, campaign copy, trackers, learning loops, and lightweight systems for future market expansion.

Qualifications, Experience & Technical Competencies

- Educated to Master’s degree level in business management, finance, or a related field.

- 5–10 years’ relevant experience in business development, fundraising, impact finance, marketing, philanthropy, or social impact.

- Professional English, with excellent written and verbal communication; French or other market-relevant languages are an asset.

- Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, campaign management, sales enablement, and partner follow-up skills.

- Confident user of Microsoft Office, digital collaboration, CRM, campaign tracking, AI-assisted content, and workflow tools.
